POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Technology Specialist requires a high degree of technical and customer service skills. This position provides for IT technical support and troubleshooting for employees of the Ministry through phone, remote, and onsite hardware and software support and is critical to the smooth operation of the Ministry. This position also plays a role in researching, advising, and sourcing existing and new technology for the improvement and efficiency of the computer infrastructure. It is crucial that this position supports the mission and values of It Is Written by exemplifying the values and beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in all interactions.
