Associate Director of Development

Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that promote and enhance It Is Written’s mission, programs, events, and products. Director of Media Production
The Director of Media Production is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of It Is Written’s Media Production department, including personnel, project development, production of programs, and distribution of content through various platforms. Evangelist
The Evangelist position serves by planning, coordinating, and preaching evangelistic meetings across the North American Division, conducting revival meetings and evangelistic training for churches, and organizing other events and projects for the Evangelism department, under the direction of the Director of Evangelism. Social Media Specialist
The Social Media Specialist plans, prepares, and develops social media content to support and enhance the public awareness of It Is Written and build relationships with viewers, listeners, and supporters. In addition, this position will help develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of social media content, distribution, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media and digital communication with a high attention to detail. Distribution Assistant
The Distribution Assistant performs various administrative duties for the Media Production department and primarily works alongside distribution staff to manage departmental processes and workflows and distribute media content across various platforms. Jesus 101 Associate Speaker
The Associate Speaker assists the ministry’s Speaker/Director with his/her functions and duties as enumerated below. Must have a Christ-centered biblical studies approach to hermeneutics and homiletics in accordance with the goals of the Jesus 101 Biblical Institute.
Trust Officer – Northeast Region
This position reports directly to the Director of Planned Giving and Trust Services (PGTS) and assists with responsibilities in the PGTS Department. The Trust Officer serves by building quality relationships with donors and potential donors, communicating to them the organization’s vision and mission so they can participate in funding its evangelistic goals. This will mean representing and effectively communicating planned gifts and trust services for the ministry at events, meetings, and with individual donors. Director of Marketing and Development
The Director of Marketing and Development is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of It Is Written’s Marketing and Development departments. Marketing functions include all activities related to marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives to the general public, as well as participating in product and resource development and distribution. Development functions include all activities related to planning, organizing, and directing fundraising and capital campaigns for It Is Written. Video Editing Assistant
The Video Editing Assistant is responsible for the assembly and editing of source material into a finished video product. The Video Editing Assistant is responsible for the filming and camera operations.
Media Production Intern May – August Summer 2026 Only
The Media Production Intern will learn to support daily operations by assisting in the planning and creation of media content for the Media Production department. The position offers hands-on experience including shadowing professionals, attending meetings, performing administrative tasks, and collaborating on team projects to expand media production skills in a ministry setting. Information Technology Intern May-August Summer 2026 Only
The Information Technology (IT) Intern will learn to support daily operations by assisting with writing code for television, mobile, and web applications, network administration, and user technical support. The position offers hands-on experience including shadowing professionals, attending meetings, performing administrative tasks, and collaborating on team projects to expand IT skills in a ministry setting. The ideal candidate must possess a willingness to learn and have the ability to acquire additional skills and programming languages on the job. Donor Relations Specialist
The Donor Relations Specialist serves as the primary contact for donor inquiries and requests with a focus on cultivating donor relationships, assisting in the implementation of strategies for new donor acquisition, and ensuring quality donor interactions, as well as performing other routine functions for the Development department, including processing donations, troubleshooting donor requests, and maintaining donor records. General Maintenance Worker
The General Maintenance Worker is responsible for the maintenance and systems function of the building and grounds. A skilled worker will perform routine preventative maintenance and upkeep tasks, such as basic repair and cleaning, to building equipment and systems ensuring the facility is tidy and functional. An ideal candidate will be reliable, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate manual dexterity and physical stamina. Trust Officer – Southwest Region
This position reports directly to the Director of PGTS and assists with responsibilities in the Planned Giving and Trust Department. The Trust Officer serves to build quality relationships with donors and potential donors by communicating the organization’s vision and mission so they can participate in funding its evangelistic goals. This will mean representing and effectively communicating gift planning and trust services for the Ministry at events, meetings, and with individual donors in their homes.
