Departmental Assistant I

POSITION SUMMARY: Must learn the Discover Bible School system, Bible courses, and materials offered, must be patient and understanding when dealing with students, Discover Bible School Coordinators, and the general public. Good customer care skills and multi-tasking are required. Other assigned duties as needed.

Customer Service Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as a Customer Service Representative on behalf of the VOP Ministry. Answers telephones, processes phone and online orders and interacts with church members and church leadership. Provides general support and assist churches during evangelism events.

Manager – Treasurer

POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager-Treasurer is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the ministry, which also includes developing and managing its financial wellbeing. Being a fellow administrator, he assists the Speaker/Director achieve the goals and objectives set for the organization.
Guided by the objectives of the ministry, the Manager-Treasurer provides the leadership and management necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, competencies, and systems in place, to effectively grow the organization, meet its goals, and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Administrative Assistant III

POSITION SUMMARY: Serves the Voice of Prophecy ministry by performing full administrative assistant/secretarial duties in a confidential manner for the Discovery Mountain Director. Serves and assists the Discovery Mountain Director with the operation of the Discovery Mountain department by assuming leadership responsibilities for key projects and tasks.
